The Story of KAKAMIT

KAKAMIT was born out of an extremely serious need between a father and son, two friends of fart humor: a clear and simple way to track daily bowel movements – because every inch matters. The name Kakamit is, of course, a Finnish pun, combining the words 'kakka' (poop) and 'mittaus' (measurement) – hence, Kakamit!

With humor, but seriously: We all have an upset stomach sometimes, gas is a real threat, and trips to the toilet can be mysterious (and painful) experiences. Not to mention when you need to monitor a child's or a loved one's intestinal disease. We don't take these moments lightly. We wanted to create something different. A tool that focuses on one thing and does it damn well – logging stool types with scientific precision.
